Thank you for choosing rinse and roll laundry
for your laundry needs.
If you’re using our service for the first time, please take a moment to read the information below. It offers a brief overview of what to expect and how to get the most out of our service.
What do I put my dirty laundry in?
Any type of bag works great—even simple trash bags! No need to label or tag them; our driver will handle that for you. Your freshly cleaned laundry will be returned in a reusable bag, which we provide free of charge with your first order.
What can I expect from my first pick up?
On the day of your scheduled pickup, our driver will arrive around your chosen time. Please allow a 60-minute window before and after the selected time for arrival.
To ensure a smooth pickup, please:
Have your laundry packed and ready to go in a secure bag.
Separate any items requiring special attention, such as stained garments or delicate fabrics.
Note: Due to the volume we process, we are unable to check individual care labels.
Double-check all pockets before handing over your laundry. Rinse and Roll Laundry is not responsible for lost items or any damage caused by objects left in pockets (e.g., chapstick, crayons, pens, lipstick, gum, tissues, etc.).
Once collected, your laundry will be in good hands. We’re excited to take care of it!
When will my order be returned?
Your laundry will be returned within 24 hours at approx.the same time as it was picked up – however at times due to demand delivery may be delayed by 24 hours. Should this occur we will advise .
Where should my laundry be picked up and delivered?
Your pickup and drop-off location should be a safe, secure spot where you’re comfortable leaving your laundry. This varies for everyone, but common choices include the front door, porch, or a secure gated area. Please note that we cannot enter private residences or personal spaces such as homes, apartments, cars, or garages.
Is there a minimum charge?
